Cynthia brings 10 years of experience in product and user experience design — specializing in understanding people, identifying their needs, and turning complex decisions into solutions that are intuitive, functional, and meaningful.

Angel has spent 20 years turning complex spaces into homes that feel effortless to live in. As Lead Interior Designer at Michael Beamish Design Group — a practice celebrated for luxury resort-style residential work — he developed a precise fluency with materials, finishes, and the quiet decisions that give a room its character. His process begins with listening: to the architecture, to the light, and above all to the people who will call the space home. He co-founded MiA Casa to bring that same level of care to clients who want something more personal than a showroom and more lasting than a trend.

Cynthia Guzman
Co-founder · UX & Product Design
Cynthia has been designing products since 2015, building her career at the intersection of human behavior and business decisions. At Restaurant Brands International she led digital experience work across Burger King — shaping how millions of people interact with a brand through every touchpoint. What she brings to MiA Casa is a discipline that most design studios lack: a structured method for understanding what clients actually need, not just what they say they want. She translates that clarity into decisions that are functional, considered, and built to last. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
